Use an FTP client or Finder to browse to the IP address specified, ftp://82.165.156.231. The Plan is on the Desktop.
Copy the contents of Plan.txt, and paste it in the tips section of the MacUpdate Tip Submission page, and enter your name and email above that.
You'll get the code in an email.
