Bundle FAQ

• How much does the bundle cost?

The bundle costs $49 (USD). Anyone who has completed one or more heists will be able to redeem the discount from their "Loot" page on their first bundle purchase.

• How can I pay for the bundle, does it have to be PayPal?

We can accept major credit cards as well as PayPal.

• What will happen to MacHeist after the bundle is over?

This question will be addressed after the end of the bundle sale.

• Can I download the bundle or loot once MacHeist is over?

This question will be addressed later in the week.

• Are the applications the full versions or will they expire on updates?

The applications are full versions.

• What applications are in the bundle?

• How can I get the bundle for free?

The first 10 customers who purchase the bundle will receive the entire bundle for free.

• For how long will the bundle be available?

The bundle will be available until Sunday, Dec. 17. The exact time at which the sale will end is TBA.

• What's this about charities?

Twenty-five percent of each purchase will be donated to a charity of your choice. You can select between United Way Int'l, Direct Relief Int'l, AIDS Research Alliance, PreventCancer.org, The Nature Conservancy, World Wildlife Fund, Global Hunger Project, and Save the Children.

• Is the price of the bundle constant?

The price of the bundle may rise as the week of sales progresses.

• If I already have some of the applications, do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. But even if you own several of the bundle applications, you will still be receiving an unprecedented discount on the remaining ones.

• Should I still Donate to the Authors of the program?

Yes, definitely! One way to ensure that Mac shareware developers continue their ouput of high-quality applications is to support them with donations.

• I didn't finish a Heist, can I still get the $2 discount?

This question will be addressed at 9:00 am EST.

• When is Heist 6?

Before Dec. 17. (HA HA HA HA HA HA oh, that's a good one!)

• What about the discount from Heist 6?

There will be no discount from Heist 6.

• I didn't get my code from Heist 4, what do I do?

You will be credited with a discount.
